It’s amazing how quickly AI is changing our world. In the past few months, ChatGPT has taken center stage, freaking out educators and others, while also finding a niche spot at the top of social media chatter.

As I’ve shared before in posts, I’m not quite sure what I think about AI in general yet, but for now, let’s just say it intrigues me. Watching people react to AI and ChatGPT has been super interesting to watch, too! Check out this article about how it is affecting us in the education space. Some exciting changes coming soon to a school near you. I think teachers will eventually adapt and integrate AI into their everyday pedagogy, but for now, the fear of the unknown is still driving how we do things.

The question for today is, have you tried fighting with ChatGPT yet? I guarantee you it is almost as fun as telling Siri she’s dumb. I challenge each of you to set up an account with ChatGPT and ask it a question—then disagree with the answer it gives. Don’t just disagree in your head. Actually type “I disagree.” and then explain a bit about why in your response. Watch what ChatGPT does and then go back and forth with the little computer man in the sky on your thoughts. I would love it if some of you come back and comment with examples of how your ChatGPT fight went!
