Leadership Tip: Have more fun with your team!

If you had to pick just one area to focus on, which of the following is the most important next step to build up your team members?

I love my tech team at work, and I’m always trying to find ways to make us gel better—even though we already get along very well. This is a poll question I posed on LinkedIn, because as we all know, LinkedIn is the complete and authoritative source on all things poll-related!

The results of my poll did not surprise me at all, other than the last option, increase pay, being so low relative to the others. I’m glad that have more fun together won because if you know me and my team, we love to have us some fun! These results were encouraging in that they let me know that we’re already headed in the right direction as a team.
